Our private Pilates sessions are tailored specifically to meet your unique needs, ensuring a personalized approach to your practice. With over 600 exercises rooted in the philosophy and teachings of Joseph Pilates, we offer a holistic and comprehensive experience.

Why Private Instruction?
Private instruction is the ideal way to learn Pilates, both on the mat and with the apparatus. It allows you to work at your own pace, addressing your individual needs and idiosyncrasies. By focusing on the basics, you’ll build a strong foundation and progress faster. This personalized approach also serves as a great stepping stone before transitioning to group classes, or as an occasional supplement to enhance your group experience.
Many clients prefer private sessions as part of their regular routine, valuing the focused attention they receive. Our studio is equipped with three or more of every major Pilates apparatus, so clients also have the option to engage in duet trio or quad sessions to further enrich their practice.
Session Length:
All private sessions are 50 minutes.
Please note that while your session is private, other private sessions may be taking place in the studio at the same time.
