Private Pilates sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Rooted in the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates, each session offers a comprehensive, individualized approach to building strength, mobility, and body awareness.
Working one-on-one or in small groups allows for focused attention, precise cueing, and programming that evolves with your progress. The studio is fully equipped with all major Pilates apparatus, supporting a well-rounded and integrated practice.
Emphasis is placed on quality of movement, proper form, and intelligent progression. As your strength and understanding deepen, sessions become increasingly challenging, supporting steady, long-term development in a focused, supportive environment.
Private instruction is the most effective way to learn and refine Pilates, both on the Mat and with the apparatus. It allows you to work at your own pace while addressing your individual movement patterns, strengths, and limitations.
Whether you are new to Pilates, returning after injury, or refining an advanced practice, private sessions provide the foundation for safe, confident progress. They also serve as an excellent complement to group classes.
Many clients choose private or semi-private training as a regular part of their routine, valuing the depth, consistency, and personalized attention it provides.
All private, duet, trio, and small group sessions are 50 minutes.
Please note that while your session is private, other private sessions may take place in the studio at the same time.

The Pilates Loft is fully equipped with authentic Gratz apparatus, the original manufacturer of Joseph Pilates’ equipment. This classical foundation allows for a complete, integrated practice using Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels, and a range of traditional Pilates props.
